Description

There is no happiness in July 4th.
The 13 North American colonies were the only ones who fought for independence from Great Britain. And the newly independent nation still held black people in captivity, in slave chains, in shackles of oppression. The 13 colonies kept slavery to be legal.
What is independence without everyone being free? What is freedom if it can’t be celebrated while black people are in chains and white patriots parade in towns?
There was no freedom for everyone, there was no liberty on the stolen land of North America.

July 4, 1776 : “Declaration of Independence”, but slavery is still legal.
During the 19th century (1801-1900) there was a edited version of the Bible that is known as “the slave bible”. It excluded parts that mentioned freedom, liberation and equality among people. It did not contain any passages that might inspire those thoughts. This version was distributed to the slaves.
January 1, 1863 : President Abraham Lincoln issued the “Emancipation Proclamation” during the American Civil War, declaring that all enslaved people only in Confederate states were to be set free.
June 19 (Juneteenth) 1865 : General Gordon Granger arrived in Galveston Texas and issued General Order No. 3, proclaiming that all slaves in Texas were to be set free.
December 6, 1865 : Slavery continued to exist in some parts of the United States until the ratification of the 13th Amendment to the Constitution, which officially abolished slavery throughout the entire country. Yet black people did not had equal rights.
1870 : The 15th Amendment to the United States Constitution was ratified, and it granted voting rights to male citizens regardless of race and color.
1915 (The birth of a nation movie) : White superiority dominates in this movie and spreads misinformation of the culture of the black people. This movie was a fuel for the rise of the KKK in the 20th century.
1920 : The 19th Amendment was ratified, women gained the right to vote.
1924 : Many Native American men were not granted citizenship until much later, and their voting rights were restricted or denied in various states until the passage of the Indian Citizenship Act in 1924.
July 2, 1964 : The Civil Rights Act of 1964 was signed into law by President Lyndon B. Johnson. It had a broad scope and made it illegal to discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin in several areas including : public accommodations, employment, education and voting.
April 11, 1968 : President Lyndon B. Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act of 1968 into law. AKA the Fair Housing Act, this legislation aimed to combat housing discrimination and segregation, making it illegal to discriminate against individuals based on race, color, religion, or national origin in the sale, rental, or financing of housing.
June 28, 1969 : The beginning of “The Stonewall Riots”. Then in June 1970 the first gay pride parades were held in several cities across the U.S. to commemorate the events and advocate for LGBTQ+ rights. Pride month is more than just celebration, is a protest.

Since the “Declaration of Independence” in North America, there has been no freedom and safe space for all. Native Americans were the first inhabitants of North America long before the arrival of European colonization and the “Declaration of Independence” and yet they did not had equal rights. Since the “Declaration of Independence” women had no free will and through time they voiced for equality. Since the “Declaration of Independence”, North America was no safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community and still in our present we witness the malicious acts from the opposition. Since the “Declaration of Independence” black people still struggles for equality when there is abuse of power and our present generation needs to fight back with knowledge and education that “Black Lives Matter”.
What liberty there is for all human lives in North America since the “Declaration of Independence”? What happiness there is since the “Declaration of Independence”?
The real fight for freedom was fought during immoral times, the ones who were dehumanized stood their ground to obtain equal liberty, not for themselves, but for all human life that shares the one mother earth we all live, not just for their present but also for the future generations, us. One humanity, because in the union of diversity, equality reigns.

Из-за каокго-то наркомана который умер от передоза и которого похоронили в золотом гробу нигеры грабили магазины таких же негров как и они под видом протестов.
Данный лозунг - самое рассисткое заявление что я слышал. в отдичии от ALM

Are you high or something? Because a lot of what you said makes no sense.
Because Africa isn’t the property of China son, anyone with half a brain can tell you that.
And I will just say this.
Cry more about historical events.
That stuff happened in the past, so quit whining about what has happened and can’t be changed.

I know right? And it’s utterly hilarious.
These sorts of kids don’t realize that they can only really get away with saying that sort of stuff and all that because of capitalism and freedom of speech that are in most western countries and all.

@chubbyninja89
China is buying half the world.
Africa is now all their property.
Wherever they go they buy historical monuments, period villas, national companies, art galleries, and much more.
They’re just bad in China.
They detect every activity they get their hands on!

YEAH STICK IT TO THE BIG CORPORATE MAN YEEEEAAAAAHHHHH! That’ll show em as you’re currently using equipment and internet access that gives you the power to utilize your arrogance and free speech but F&$% CAPITALISM AND IMPERIALISM YEEEAAAHHH!

@Fabio 2023
You’re kidding right?
Actual imperialism is one thing, but it’s partly because of capitalism that kids like you can even say stuff like that. You know, actual freedom of speech.
Because if you lived in a communist country, such as China, you’d have to ALWAYS watch what you say, because you would be monitored.
But the guy who posted this is most likely not an oppressed black person, but just trying to voice their own hatred for other peoples and groups, and trying to play the victim the entire time.
Never mind he got the tools to say “fuck capitalism” thanks to it in the first place 😂. Internet, computers, and smart devices were made thanks to capitalism so they can write and say “fuck capitalism” 🤣

@robmeister420
Yeah, it’s pretty laughable.
I mean, the fact that some people willingly try to tell themselves that the USA is just so terrible, all while ignoring the facts is both hilarious and sad.
Hilarious because of how stupid one must choose to be and sad because there are fools out there who are dumb enough to believe that sort of nonsense.
I mean, if the country was really so terrible and racist and all that, we certainly wouldn’t have had a black man as president for 8 years.

Well, this is the internet, and you don’t actually have to be honest about what you say.
Let’s say I believe you, which I don’t.
That sounds more like it was a your dad thing than a Witness thing.
Just because your dad was a terrible person doesn’t mean everyone was rooting for him or any of that ridiculous BS.
I mean, my father’s father was a terrible person who beat my father when he was younger, but that doesn’t mean all fathers are like that.
But I guess you’re just one of those people who really believes in the “it’s ok when I do it” mentality, where it’s 100% ok for you to judge an entire group of people, but no one can judge you.
But I have actual experience with the Witnesses, and while anyone can choose to be a bad person, the vast majority of them do follow Bible principles.

@chubbyninja89
Oh, so my father wasn’t a pedophile and my mother wasn’t shamed into defending him? My father being an abusive king of the castle type wasn’t supported by them? I wasn’t excommunicated thus losing every single friend I ever made when my parents got divorced for the sake of our saftey? A “friend” I knew didn’t turn down a job offer just because he believed “she was a harlot that only existed to tempt and corrupt god fearing men”? Did you forget that I brought it up because it was a lived experience?

How did I know you would believe a bunch of BS like that?
Am I now a mind reader?
As someone who actually knows a lot of those people, I can say for certain that all that BS it not true.
But then again, folks like you will believe the first negative report about other people but will whine if anyone says anything bad about you. Oh the hypocrisy.

Jehovah’s witnesses. And before you view that as invalidating the cult claim because it’s a religion, normalization of pedophilia, extreme misogyny, and mandated isolation were involved. Everything is affected by choices, including other choices. However choices can also be affected by completely external factors as well, such as having a genetic predisposition to a type of addiction. I’m at risk of alcoholism due to heredity for example. As for the painkiller example, It is possible, however unlikely, to develop an addiction from from using as intended. Also, the urge to start taking more than prescribed is the manifestation of the addiction, not the trigger.
