“Friendship is like the mighty redwood; When it fills out to it’s full size, it’s beautiful and practically indestructible, but it’s got to go through a lot of harsh seasons to get there.” -Kinnikuman Suguru.

Find it funny how people are trying to have a talk about correct parenting skills here XD

Having competent and mentally healthy parents is certainly a step in the right direction, however.

Being raised in a happy and healthy family can effect us a lot more than we realize. Mostly because we take it as a given and it is hard to imagine things any other way.

I don’t think it works that way necessarily.

In my opinion, competency doesn’t necessarily come from having competent parents. A lot of it comes from education, in formal and informal settings.

But these people are not passing their worldviews on to the next generation. It makes their cynicism a temporary pit stop in the history of our civilization.

More mature and capable people procreating would hopefully lead to a resurgence of competence. Of course, who can say how it plays out in the end?

Which is probably for the best. If less and less people want to become parents, that suggests that a higher percentage of those that choose to will be capable human beings.

At least, we can hope so.

I can’t think of any single thing that I would call the most important rule of parenting. Avoiding arguments in front of the kids is a good idea, but there are a few things that are probably more crucial to the task, such as giving them a good moral bearing.

And maybe they didn’t see her come in?

I suggest them to break up and act like it never happened. And dump the bodies in a concrete box then into the abyss of the ocean.

To be sure, but I salute those who commit to marriage in particular with open eyes. No relationship requires the same level of sacrifice, and no other can yield the same rewards for those who resolve to really love each other through all of life’s ups and downs. Far too many fail because people thought life would suddenly be perfect, or that infatuation would continue on perpetually. Those who understand the challenges and unite their two sould into one regardless are the most admirable, I would say.

That’s the subconscious assumption that befalls many of the people these days. They never really EXPECT it to be easy, but when it turns out to be non-easy, they give up. Pathetic.
