Same, the episode that covered the details had way too fast of a pace, but I guess that’s the drawback of wanting to avoid a montage in order to set the scene.

This is my headcanon. That the banishment of Princess Luna wasn’t a instantaneous thing, that Celestia hld out for as long as she could in the hopes that her sister would see the error of her ways, but when she saw the full extent of her people’s suffering, she knew what had to be done.

Whoa. The panel with the dead foal is both nightmarish and heartbreaking (in other words, Adult Fear). For those who don’t know what Adult Fear is, it’s when a scary movie or any other material puts children in danger, sometimes reality. For starters, in Pet Semetary, there is a scene where a toddler gets run over by a truck in front of his mother.
