Ever since her last trip, one Princess Twilight and Sunset Shimmer have been keeping in close contact with each other. Keeping up on what’s happening, reports, and friendly letters have been exchanged through their shared journal. But the next message she received was none of those. What it was instead was an invitation. Sunset wanted her to come back to the human universe to partake in Halloween. The way she described it made it sound almost like Nightmare night, and considering how fun it is around Ponyville, celebrating the same thing with her Canterlot High friends sounds like it could be a lot of fun. Unfortunately, it just so happens to fall on the same date. When she told this to Sunset, she responded back saying not to worry, and that they could still have a few festivities the day after. Twilight saw nothing wrong with that, and happily accepted.
 

 
One portal trip and transformation later, a human Twilight popped out from the statue and into the path in front of Canterlot High. Not long after, she’s greeted by three others. Rarity, Sunset Shimmer, and… Sonata Dusk!? Now this surprised and confused the pony princess, but after some explaining from Rarity and Sunset, it turns out Sonata came to speak to them after the whole Battle of the Bands thing, and elaborated that she wasn’t really hanging out with the other Dazzlings as often anymore. They kind of split apart ater what happened, Adagio and Aria becoming more bitter as time went on, and Sonata.. Just wanted some friends, which the Rainbooms decided (If a bit reluctantly at first) to take her in with open arms. As for the others not being there, Fluttershy had her fill of Halloween already and wanted a quiet day to herself, Rainbow was at soccer practice, AJ was helping her family on their orchard, and Pinkie was busy babysitting the Cake’s kids. Some things never change no matter what universe.
 

 
The four of them cram into Rarity’s home, Twilight smiling as she looked around at all of the still-hanging Halloween decorations. The first thing to take care of though was the costumes. Rarity had a few. Witches, devils, ghouls and ghosts alike, but Twilight suggested that perhaps they all have costumes that match each other. That’s when the light flicked on in Rarity’s head. While it was one of her more.. Suggestive costumes, she had enough for all four of them to wear. A bunny costume. Each coming with a leotard, pantyhose, heels, gloves, and the ears to fit. Seeing that it was only the four of them, they didn’t mind the idea, and each grabbed the one in the colours they liked.
 
After a bit of dressing, all four of them got together in their new outfits, with Rarity pulling Twilight close, complementing how the lavender worked so well for her. Much like last time Twi was with Rarity in clothing like this, she suggested a photo to record this moment. They all agreed to it, and Rarity set the camera up with a delayed timer. She quickly got beside Twilight, and the four posed together (With rarity sneaking a hand behind Twilight to pull her closer to her) and the shot was taken. With that out of the way, it was time to party.
