Well, the EqG Trixie, and pony Trixie while they have the same personality are still different characters in some ways perhaps.
Also, while pony Trixie may be reformed (if the comics are anything to go by, we haven’t seen her in the show sense “Magic Duel”) I imagine much like Discord she wouldn’t be 100% reformed, and still retain her negative personality traits. She’s never been “evil,” per-say (aside from the alicorn-amulet) but she is still quite egotistical, and is still capable to cause problems. (Perhaps even unintentionally.)

Makes you wonder if Trixie really did learn a lesson at the end of magic duel or just was nice because she was seeking sympathy or knew that Twilight was Stronger and just disappeared to come up with another dastardly plan, it was after all Laurens’s intent to keep her as a baddie.
@Twilatron217
Yeah, that could be interesting. I wouldn’t mind Trixie (everyone’s favorite snotty pony) coming back either.
Surprisingly, Trixie got alot of screen-time in “Rainbow Rocks,” and was even a minor-antagonist in it.
@Beau Skunky
That would have been kind of cute if they had added that, but personally I would like to see her return as a rival to Rainbow Dash much light the whole Trixie and Twilight thing.
@Twilatron217
Y’know, I kinda liked her to, she was an interesting rival for Dash considering unlike other rivals in the show she wasn’t nasty to Dash, and more friendly.
In fact, they showed a brief “deleted scene” from the script where at the end Dust kinda apologizes to Dashie for being reckless. >>446900

Same here, Lightning Dust was a bitch yet i like her.
Honestly, I don’t think I hate any pony. I even like some of the ones who act like A-holes.
That is so damn true!
There’s a hater for every pony.
Therefore all poni are cool.
