It is ok, mods are not pony, so they may make mistake.
A failed copy-paste of image ID, a misclick, not noticing the difference in images, there’s numerous reasons it could have happened.

no, they mean that this was the nsfw version, and had nsfw comments(notice they are from 2 months ago), but then larger res version of all the images got psoted and they merged the nsfw version into the sfw version, taking the nsfw comments with it.
so yes, this is totally the mods fault.
Don’t blame the mods, just look up; that’s obviously safe. There’s an NSFW-version, but this isn’t it.
This was nsfw until mods decided to not to.
