I don’t think it’s that jarring, they still look like MLP characters to me, just looks like a different style. I’ve seen many fanartists who also draw the ponies much differently then the G4 Faust style, yet are still quite popular artists regardless.
 
Frankly, the art in the comic would bore me if it looked exactly like the TV show, or looked like those copy-and-paste comics/stories from that German MLP magazine, or whatever it was.

I don’t think Fosgitt is a bad artist,but his art is very jarring to look at and doesn’t fit well with FIM’s character designs,I personally feel.I don’t think he’s one of the worst artist cause I feel there are some artist I feel have worse art than his.

Yeah, though I do like how in the comics the artists are free to have their own style/take on MLP, and don’t have to copy the Lauren Faust style of the show exactly. (I like the show style, but I like seeing the ponies drawn in other styles to.)
 
Some fans don’t like the newest comic artist Jay Fosgitt’s style, but I think he makes the ponies look super adorable, and I like his cartoony take on them, and facial expressions. I want G5 MLP to look that way. Hehe :P

I don’t know, sometimes the artist of that issue made them look weird at times, but admittedly, I like their Harshwhinny, and Babs designs.

The comic monkeyworld character designs are just infinitely superior to those of the movies.

Needs MORE teachers from both Canterlot High and Crystal Prep, don’t care if they are cameos or have little plot importance.

They’re not even allowed to even have cigarretts in children shows/comics anymore in America. They’re so strict about it now to the point where when “Adventures of Sonic” was reairing on “Toon Disney” 10 years ago, that they even edited out the “anti-smoking” Sonic Says bit, even though it was encouraging kids NOT to smoke.
 
I can kinda understand, as I’m anti-smoking myself, but I think they go to far banning Looney Tunes, and such over it, just ‘cause a character was smoking a cigar. (And it’s usually an ugly/unappealing character to.)
