A few days is one thing, but the last time this happened it caused her to drop off the face of the Earth for two decades at least. Leaving governance of her kingdom to two girls who have a fifth of her experience, with the Crystal Empire leaderless and Changelings running around WITHOUT HER KNOWLEDGE, is pretty irresponsible. These two comics have demonstrated pretty clearly that Celestia isn’t ready for a mature relationship, esp, given her objectification of Liberty Paper so far.

She ruled well for thousands of years nonstop. A couple of days pursuing other things shouldn’t affect Equestria much. It’s not as if the country is on the brink of collapse.
 
Seriuosly, she couldn’t have an unscheduled leave for personal reasons once or twice a century?

ah but maybe she learned about what celestia did exactly when chrysalis reappeared. left in the middle of a stand-off and now they’re a princess short.

no, not if said happiness wi;; somehow cloud her judgement. remember in the ml fim universe, Celestia makes the tough decisions and sadly can’t have anything that might skewer her unbiased view.
