Comment editing isn’t currently a feature(it should be soon, but there’s other priorities), but until then, you can request a mod edit your comments for you(within reason).  
In this instance, I could have cut the text from the anon post and pasted it into the comment 10art1 made after logging in, and then just hard delete the anon post. He also could have just said the exact same thing after logging in and just requested the anon post be deleted, that’s the more common thing that people do.  
No point doing it now, since you’ve acknowledged it and I’ve replied, but it’s a thing.
