Good point, but I guess whether they care would still depend on whether there sexuality stays the same. If not then it would make a rather funny situation, as soon as spike turns back there attraction for rarity comes back into existence and they want to become female again, and then as soon as they do that they no longer care.

I’m not sure it would matter. Even if Rarity’s not attracted, she still clearly approves of the change, and that’s probably enought.
Either way she’d stay like that considering it would require twilight casting the spell on spike a second time, something they can’t do. Also:
1.how do we know rarity means that than in A lesbian way and not just an aesthetic way, since rarity makes dresses she would be the one to know what an bueatiful female looks like
2. Whether she cares what rarity thinks or not would depend on whether her sexuality remains the same, it could’ve easily been flipped considering the change to her brain.
