I decided to make up a new written alphabet. Its supposed to be hooves. I use a “” symbol for the hooves.
Yes, only zero to three. The numeric system we humans use has a base count of zero to nine, this is because we have ten fingers. Ponies have four hooves, so logically their numeric system would have a base of four.
0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, would be 0, 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 12, 13, 20, 21, 22.

zero would not have been used in such a way since we haven’t even discovered the concept of zero until after the adoption of the arabic numerals( im not 100% sure on this, i learned it on a text book years ago and i cant remember the details)

But numbers came about in the first place because we had to keep count, and we previously used fingers as a quick way to do just that. If anything doesn’t make sense it’s that there is really no way for a pony to count using all four of their hooves. Wouldn’t they fall down?

The fate of the Myst Movie is tragic as well. But I look forward to the Riven remake Starry Expanse and Cyan’s new game Obduction.
