AHhhh, an Art-trade with the amazingly talented Scarlet-Spectrum ;;<;;  
My heart, I swear skipped a beat when Scarlet accepted an art-trade with me. I honestly was so, so excited to be able to trade with one of my older inspirational artists, being an inspiration to me when I first started to do digitally artwork over more professional based art-programs. <333  
With this drawing as well, I wanted to try and put all the skills I’ve learnt over art videos, observing textures and images to bring the background almost to life and so, so much more detailed that what I normally do. I can’t say how long I spend on it but it was a few hours at least and I’ve fallen in love with the final result. Experimenting with purples, pinks, yellows and blue has always drawn me closer to a drawing. The colours seemed to appose my excitement greatly. <333  
Drawing Scarlet was an absolute pleasure, an even stronger appeal is what colours to shade her with to capture the deep, rich colour of her purplish, blue skin and the ribbon red of her hair just made her look so silky and gorgeous in the end. ;;  
I’m a bit of a sucker for dragon related creatures or dragons in general so drawing a skin winged character with curved horns and scales was a greater pleasant feeling that most paintings I draw. <3333
