I’m not saying I could make a story that keeps them both in-character and plausibly ships them, but as long as it amuses me I can settle for drawing them together.
If I really felt like trying to justify it though, it might be a case of sudden “Cutie Mark Competence”. If Fluttershy can feel comfortable dealing with bears, manticores and Angel, maybe Snails is a savant when it comes to handling and caring for dangerous bugs.
Well yeah, if you consider that thing in Mixermike’s comics to be Chrysalis.
Ahem… what I mean is Chrysipuff has its fair share of problems.
Well, it seems to be working out pretty well for Flufflepuff… (seriously, the Chrysipuff tag has 173 pics as of this post.)
