I had an issue like that too, all the DLC just vanishes, try clearing your browser history, seemed to work for me.  
now to find that badge ._. (found it lol)
 
Edit: Is there a DLC to fix the dead pixel?

is it at all possible to have the investor badge removed? I know badges are meant for fun & stuff, same with April Fools but for some reason, for me it’s kind of the opposite.

Yeah. I am a mobile user as well and didn’t know getting the Investor one locked you out of the other. I found where the second one was AFTER I got the first one. Meaning it won’t give me it.

I think I want the other badge instead tbh, but I lack the power to swap them.

How does one get the April fool’s badge?

It’s really impossible to get both even after economist, just checked with a friend.

I happened to get “Economist” before I found “Investor”… and the message was a little confusing. I guess “Economist” replaces “Investor”?  
Edit: Read it through. Whichever you get first, it is.

Not to mention the way it was phrased "You may want to try looking around the site for another badge though", made me think “Oh, so I could go looking for that too? Cool.  
Only to be disappointed that it was a choice between the two I had to make. Felt stupid that I didn’t realize that’s what it meant. Even went looking for it, figuring it might’ve been obtainable before purchasing a certain DLC. I was right too. Sucks that I was too late in finding that one.  
At first, my interpretation of the hover-over hint was related to the pixel. So I went to inspect element on it, thinking there’d be some code, hint or link to visit. Treasure hunt idea for next year?

In short, lots of users got tricked into receiving the first badge. Imo equality sign and condensed milk badges were much better.

Same here. I also read that hint as “Get the first badge here, but don’t stop looking for the other badge”, just to be disappointed when I finally found it 30 min later.  
If it was phrased “Or try looking around the site for another badge instead” or something like that. It’s just some April Fools fun and not that important, but I still can’t help feeling a bit cheated.

Well, people found out already. That’s the problem, they got the badge before they even knew there was a 2nd one.
