It wouldn’t surprise me if that was the sole reason for the episode’s existence, to give fanservice since last time we saw that mane was in… Maud Pie IIRC. Hell, given it pushed out an actually interesting CMC or Student 6 ep or three, it would surprise me if that wasn’t the case.

New York’s Toy Fair is in January and I think San Diego Comic Con is in July.

I just saw the original casting notes for FiM in the MyLittleRedacted Reddit. If G5 is recorded in Vancouver (and not in New York, like the recent animated series of Transformers), I wonder if any of them would be cast to voice the main characters. Although Alexandra Carter doesn’t live in Canada anymore and Shannon, Ashleigh and Kazumi ended up voicing other Mane 6 members.

Most of the guest stars they had were from the USA. So would there be a good chance if they did that again? Or get people who were born in Canada like Ryan Reynolds?

Just woke up with this idea:
 
Twilight Sparkle is a young scientist sent to Ponyville to investigate strange happenings. She, local troublemaker Applejack, and two other ponies are pulled through a portal. Just something I came up with randomly. Of course, this is if it’s Collision of the Worlds…

The leaked emails mention that unicorn magic would be related to their personalities. I wonder what kind of spells Fluttershy and Rarity are going to cast. I think that Fluttershy’s spells would be defensive and nature-based while Rarity’s would be really big, flashy and sparkly (like gemstones), but I can’t think more of it.

https://www.equestriadaily.com/2019/11/possible-2020-g5-movie-designs-revealed.html?m=1 If that’s true (I think it’s the G4 Mane 6 in G5 style), then they apparently will use Miranda Yeo’s character designs… Who look way better (and less chibified) in 2D (although they need slight adjustments in the shape of their muzzles, who look kinda weird in side view).

G5 is a gritty, realistic show like what you’d see on HBO, FX or AMC.

I don’t watch HBO, FX and AMC (mainly because my parents can’t afford cable TV now and when they did, they couldn’t afford the premium package), so I have no idea what I would think if G5 was gritty.

This was just posted on mlp youtube channel like half an hour ago!
