Ever seen badlands scavengers fight? No? Well they are a force to be reckoned with, and they have to be. Many of them don’t like the new government and wish they could do something about it. If we can get alot of them together in a mass assault we could do some serious damage.

Yes its an armor plated mobile garage and command center capable of resisting tank shells, I have unintentionally tested that many times, capable of carrying over 60 tons.
