I couldn’t find any links back to the YouTube channel from DeviantArt, but the fact that the video in question is a speedpaint of the artist’s latest work on DeviantArt seems like sufficient proof.
 
I’m not sure which name should be canonical, but it might be worth just using the artist’s real name. She mentions her name on Facebook in the description of the same speedpaint video, and I was able to find a high-resolution image of what is presumably the artist’s OC on a Facebook account with that same name: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=937397706378112&set=pb.100003236733189.-2207520000.1533612235.&type=3&theater The image matches another one on the artist’s DeviantArt, which further confirms the connection: https://www.deviantart.com/lisatv/art/Fb-Img-1483493703874-655328587
