Discord as Sans would actually make a lot of sense as well. Plus he tends to be relaxing at times compared to Pinkie’s active personality. (Not to mention his relationship with Fluttershy or Celestia if one were to be Toriel.)
And no doubt Trixie as Papyrus because:
Now we just need to make her and Discord into their skeleton structures.
I was considering Luna as well, she seems to be the best fit as when she lost sight of what was important and lost her heart, she became cruel for the sake of cruelty.

I’m gonna have to lean more towards Sombra or someone from the actual mlp series.
There is also the idea of simply using Discord for Sans. He tends to lounge around a lot, doesn’t do ANYTHING normally and you can bet your bottom dollar that Trixie would be driven batscat insane by him.
Also helps that his eyes are notoriously lopsided.
I agree with Luna feeling that role. At first I thought of Woona feeling that role if both Celestia and Luna are present. Speaking of the Princesses I was thinking that Celestia will be Torial and her genderbent version would be Asgore. I mean Prince Solaris already got the beard after all.
The closest IMO would be Luna. Sure she might be a bit more aggressive but she’s the closest one that resembles him considering how both have that ‘guilt’ feeling even though it wasn’t his fault. And they’re pretty much good in heart. Just tragic.
Definitely works–Trixie Papyrus is just perfect–though this would have to be a less energetic version of Pinkie.

Sans is special since he’s a lot stronger than you give him credit for and he doesn’t apply to the rules of reality, so in that aspect, Pinkie works well, though it does imply she shifts to pinkamena now and then.
Papyrus has to be a workaholic who enjoys hanging out with RD, detests puns made by sans, and is moderately clueless about everything. Sounds kinda like Trixie in the idea that she sees herself as being great, talks in the third person, and can be a total dunce.

But as for Asriel, uh….stumped.
Seems to be the only parallel that works.
We already have the menacing flowers, so Flowey is covered.

The one I’m having the most difficult time placing is Azriel
This is due to the fact that he’d have to be someone who is so kind, so innocent, that they would sooner die than lift a finger to hurt someone. I am having a hard time thinking of anyone who captures that characterization from mlp.
