I actually cried at this point. I know she’s not a fan favorite but I love Starlight’s arc

I think they just put as much as they can in there without obstructing her reflection. I can imagine the animation team could have fit more but then it wouldn’t look like a mirror and some of the pictures would be so small, the characters wouldn’t even be recognized in the photos.
