As if the fact that it was just Big Mac would stop the Internet. We Still got Age Spells and many other surreal things to deal with. Possible there is really a gender change spell.

Well, I’d imagine it’s a difficult spell and that you still do have to try to use it. Doesn’t take away a need for skill in addition to demigoddess-type magic.
 
Or the spell could not exist/be so secret that nopony thinks it exists. Who knows.
