As Nespeon pointed out, it has the original theme song in Japanese, so there’d be time problems if they didn’t restore some of the scenes that were originally cut.

I think the only non-Human post S3 character (Since EqG is the only MLP thing that has a japanese dub) is Starlight, if this is real and the next seasons are going to be dubbed it would be awesome to hear new characters and scenes in the japanese dub, some episodes really worth it.
