Description

Why I choose Miss Harshwiny as a teacher, because i’m sure she could do it. I also love the relation she had with spike on mlp, it’s not really understandable in this part but Spike live with her now ( as an adoptive child ) and go to school like everypony even if he can replace the teacher easily.

“Housework” is usually a term reserved for cleaning one’s own home; so, it sounds like Harshwhinny is asking for a volunteer to come help her clean her house.

“To help me clean up” would be both simpler and would make more sense in context.
