People are surprisingly fattening. I’m not even kidding, look up how many calories a human is(not quite relevant as she ate a fellow pony. But it shows just how fattening vore can be.
Perhaps Twilight should have told her. They might have got Rainbow out, if Pinkie was willing to cooperate.
Then again, Dash would probably be proud to be a part of Pinkie’s magnificent plot and gut!
From what we’ve seen in the show that stuff doesn’t seem to affect her at all. In the picture she is surprised that eatinga huge cake would be different from previous huge cakes.
