Not precisely son, or brother. They’re very close, and she feels responsible for him. Honestly I think the relationship they have is closer even than family to her.
I thought Greg was evicted from the comic’s reality when he left. I’m honestly surprised he’s being mentioned again.
He has been alluded too many times. His bowtie can be seen in many episodes of the series. His bowtie is even on Twi’s Christmas tree in one of the Christmas themed episodes.

I’m not, but it’s nothing against Greg. It’s just that the world of Adorkable Twilight is not kind to her, and I’d expect his return to be another weapon the artist could use to hurt her.
yes, he ran into Coco Pommel… well, she ran into him. ;-)
His most recent appearance was him meeting some other mare, but as is tradition for this comic it’s been months since that’s actually gone anywhere.

I was thinking of this…
That is pretty obvious. Spike is her best friend/little brother.
Judging by past comics in this series, I don’t think Twi thinks of Spike as her son.
What is Spike if not a people pleaser?
No…

I’m sure the artist has object permanency.
Yes it is. :)

Thanks for reminding me of that unneeded feels trip…
