I miss the show so much
I’m not 100% convinced that this actually is a vector. It has typical video compression artifacts all over it. My guess is that it was taken from a screencap and the background was then removed. That, or the artist actually vectored it and then, for some reason, saved it as JPEG, reopened it, removed the background and resaved it as PNG.
