She doesn’t know how he sees her and doesn’t want to ruin anything?
If she did, then I wouldn’t have to wish for it, would I? She’s never said “you’re more important to me than just as my Number One Assistant”. Even her remarks in “Owl’s Well That Ends Well” and “The Crystal Empire” revolve around how he’s “irreplaceable as a employee” and how she “would always need him” as a secretary… not that she loves him and likes having him as a part of her life. I wish it wasn’t that way, but it is.
after reviewing the artist’s other works. yeah that actually was kinda relevant and not just a total flipwonk comment.
