amusing chemical fact: much of the distinctive odor and flavor of lemons comes from a hydrocarbon called “limonene” found in the rind. purified limonene is EXTREMELY flammable, about like kerosene or diesel fuel. so yes, you could make lemon-scented napalm out of it, with the proper gelling agent. it’d be very expensive napalm but I suppose to people like Cave Johnson money is no object.
