It’s what it sounds like. A catchphrase based on his name as “Brad”. There aren’t many good fan interpretations of Flash out there, and he’s simply one of the better ones I came across.

I would say he’s kind of a “bro,” who has some growing up to do. His pony counterpart, being in the military, would probably be more mature and levelheaded.

“Womanizer” is just a humorous extreme for a guy who acts like he’s way cooler than he actually is.

The real Flash is just about the furthest thing from a “womanizer” he could be. Twilight is the only one he’s shown interest in, and he’s been pretty modest in that respect.

Well, since we already know he’s going to be there, I’m hoping he displays a little more personality than we’ve seen before. If he’s going to be there, they might as well make the most of it.
 
Some people think the problem is that he’s flawless or think that giving him flaws would just make him even less likable, but sometimes character flaws are more of the amusing sort. Honestly, I think that most of what he needs is to be funny.
 
Making snarky comments about the Hippie’s spirit guide and having a “my hair!” moment is a good start, and I actually just realized sort of what they were doing with his more awkward moments.
 
He’s a guy trying to play it cool, right before he slams his face into a door or backs up into a wall while trying to make a smooth exit. That’s the sort of guy he already is.
 
His fucking finger guns just reinforce this thought of mine, and the hair comment takes it further. He’s a bit vain and thinks he’s cool, but is actually kind of an awkward dork who regularly slips up with his cool act. The snarky comments that venture just a bit too far towards asshole territory are just another part of a guy who thinks he’s cooler than he really is.
 
He’s not the cool dude supremely confident superjock rockstar musician with excellent fashion taste. That’s Rainbow Dash. Flash is the awkward dork who just thinks he’s super cool, and also happens to be a talented musician who further betrays his true nature as a dork by giving his songs incredibly corny titles.
 
To be honest, the best fan Flash stories I’ve ever read were some Normal Norman greentexts. While “Brad” is essentially a parody of his character, sometimes it seems to be an accurate parody. A genuine “bro” sort of guy with a kind of good heart, who shouts catchphrases like “Bradical!” while perfectly oblivious to how obnoxious everyone thinks that is. The sort of douche womanizer who names his band’s van the “Bradwagon”, but is a true friend to the end.

I just pictured her inmediatly just flat out running away after bumping into Dreamy Cutebottom here, and I just set myself for disappointment.

I tend to go off what Voice Actors say their characters are like when it comes to headcanons. For example, Celestia is the kind of pony to drink martinis hidden in tea cups while listening to 80s hair bands, and Discord is self-obsessed to the point his only real love interest is himself.
