Also, while I don’t think Jyn was a bad character at all, I do feel that her acting was a tad underwhelming at points.

Say what you will about George Lucas’s cheesy dialogue, but the man was brilliant when it came to worldbuilding.

Maybe it’s just me, but Kirby & the Amazing Mirror seems rather underrated as Kirby games go. No one really outright HATES it, it’s just that they… don’t talk about it all that much.

I like Infinite Warfare and the “boots on the ground” shit is annoying.

Unpopular opinion: This year has been pretty good for me. Yeah, it’s been one of the worse years for the world in recent history, but I’m proud of what I got done during the year and won’t let the negative parts spoil the positive parts for me.

Same here, this was the year I got my first paying job.

Same. This year, I got my first paid musician job–and a well-paying one, too–I started going to college and finished my first semester with straight As, I got my band Dark Matter back together, my newest music video has become my highest viewed so far at over 54,000 and still rising, and I actually got a girlfriend. As much as people are saying “Screw 2016,” I disagree. (And it’s still better than 2014, when my band broke up, my girlfriend dumped me, I fell into a deep depression, my grades plummeted, I lost custody over half the songs on an album I’d been working on for a long time–long story–I was robbed, and a friend of mine was murdered.)

Good to hear from someone who had a good year. In 2017, I’m gonna buy a new laptop/tablet and start posting my drawings and concepts of my cartoon idea on Deviant Art. It will be the year I start to improve my art skills.

I’d be interested in hearing about your cartoon idea. This year, I attempted to start my own original webcomic again. I may have to simplify the characters so they’re easier to draw, though.

I think this year had been somewhat horrible compared to previous years. And no, it has nothing to do with politics or dying celebrities.
 
But I did get cool stuff too.
 
I just wished that the year at least could’ve ended with a bang instead of a sour note for me.

The amount of celebrities that die in a year are not a representation of how shitty it was.

There wasn’t a whole lot of anime I liked released this year

The majority of rap is terrible, barely qualifying as music and just being mostly sings with far too much swearing as well lyrics about drugs, money and sex or insulting others.
