I’m glad I’m not alone on thinking Stranger Things 3 was mediocre. The show feels like it’s completely dropped the “homage to John Carpenter and Stephen King” deal, and just gone full 80s circlejerk, with a tone more comparable to a cartoon than a horror.

It would be, I suppose. Only for certain types of bands, though. Like, I couldn’t imagine renaming my hard rock band to that.

yeah, marvel actually tried to buy DC back in the 80’s-90’s but couldn’t do to monopoly laws.

It’s the sad truth.
 
If they ever do become a monopoly, the anti-monopoly laws should kick in to stop them. Then again, who knows if those laws are even still being enforced?

It’s confusing how they don’t want a monopoly to happen, but yet they also don’t want companies to separate from the big 3 streaming services because they don’t want to subscribe to “tOo mAnY”

It does admittedly make it harder to watch things when you have to sign up for multiple services just to be able to do so.
 
I miss video rental stores like Blockbuster. Usually, most of the movies anyone would be interested in would be available there, and you wouldn’t have to get memberships at four different stores just to be able to watch all the shows and movies you want.

Because Hannibal, the series on NBC got cancelled and one of the producers blamed piracy for the cancellation of the show.
