Some ancient stream lore implies Rosie is hellborn, but I think it’s been streamlined since, and she’s simply a Sinner now, like most Overlords. Kinda like Vaggie went from angel-looking Sinner to an actual angel.

I know what you’re referring to, and even then, the jury’s out for me currently. I’d like to think the cannibals are sinners, especially since Alastor himself is also a cannibal, and yet they have that one image on YouTube where they speculate that that one demon child Vaggie let free was an adult seen during Episode 7, which doesn’t make sense, given the timeframe of both Vaggie’s fall from grace and her relationship with Charlie.
I know sinners don’t age, so I think that Rosie - and by extension, the residents of cannibal town - may be sinners.
