Also, It’s not Anime. But Hikari Sentai Maskman has a Tagalog dub.

I think I might watch the second season of Free. If only to see Mako-chan be adorable.

where most of these shown on hero? i don’t recall some of these ever being broadcasted in free tv.
 
and they really need to redo samurai deeper kyo as an anime. the first one deviated too much from the source and is much more lame than the manga.

Busou Renkin is also dubbed, but not broadcast in any other channel in our tongue as far as I’m consciously concerned.

I’ve heard many good things about Busou Renkin…  
Might as well start having experiences with it from the Tagalog dub. Would be fun too while I find out and compare some Tagalog words with Indonesian words from common native Austronesian source, as well as some borrowings from European languages and Sanskrit.

Can’t seem to find the Tagalog dubs.

Possibly because Tag-dubs of anime are almost never posted in YouTube, DailyMotion, etc., which is a shame.

busou renkin was aired in abs-cbn 2 during sundays waaay back.
 
I think the tagalog ‘slam dunk’ is on youtube but only clips but there are links to where to watch it full online.

This is why it should be our turn to promote our collective Filipino language to the world, and tell IT guys, if you have contacts, to set up a YouTube-like site dedicated to archiving Filipino dubs of anime.

Crayon Shin-chan, dubbed voice of title character whose name we should not mention is too old for the character, but the hilarity of the anime is kept somehow
 
Kuro-chan -> title cyborg character raised by an elderly couple (same as Courage the Cowardly Dog), with a completely robot cat who is programmed with a Protoman complex and a normal (but scarred) rebel cat as his separate archnems/rivals, and a human teacher for his servant, even the opening has a version in our native tongue. I’m not making this up!

I remember looking at the manga which was far more brutal in the beginning with Kuro getting an arrow to the head and the poodle he liked being killed.
 
I remember there was a PSX game that came out for it, just not over here. They did dub it, but it was god awful.  
What goes through your mind to make up a cyborg cat with a gatling gun owned by an old couple?
