I think I’ve realized that the reason I’m so hesitant to get back into online dating is because it feels so… I don’t know, impersonal? Like it’s a bunch of putting on masks, trying to look good or seem appealing from the very way you first meet people (curating your profile to look as good as possible) to the actual dating itself. I never feel I can be myself around people I don’t already know beforehand.

Admittedly, I’m only going based on how all my previous relationships went, where we were friends first before we started dating. But in any case, I don’t know where the hell to meet people if not online.

I don’t know, does anyone else have this issue?

Spankbang. Previously, ManyVids got hit, and Pornhub and a few other sites blocked access to this state entirely. Apparently earlier this year Governor Youngkin enacted a law stating that every site that contains pornographic material has to get age verification from its users, which requires them to sign up for an account and send in digital age verification, including a scan of their ID. I don’t feel comfortable giving away my personal information to any site, however, so I’m not gonna do it.
