You don’t have to be support nazism or racist ‘Jokes’ or negative stigma to defend free speech, the basis of western democracy that allowed society to progress to the point that people can use their free speech to advocate for no free speech.

Don’t be surprised if others step in to fill those spots though. If you’re willing to befriend people with opposing viewpoints, you can start seeing things from a bigger picture by regularly seeing multiple viewpoints, and form opinions based on more information.
Expanding ones mind is never a bad goal to strive for.

Neutrality is compliance. And rather cowardly , imho.
This site took a bold and progressive step by saying “hey hey hey, nazi imagery is not okay” and instead of sticking to their guns, they took they easy way out and let the mob have their way when they stamped their feet and kicked and screamed and threw a tantrum.
it’s not about the “slippery slope of censorship”. it never was. it was about people not liking that they were being held accountable for a change.

I dunno, I’ve seen a lot of people on the pro-censorship side saying things like “allowing Arryane –> promoting Nazis IRL –> converting people to Nazi ideals –> Nazis regain power –> Nazis gain global power”
It just feels like they’re saying that the “slippery slope” argument is only valid when referring to things they don’t agree with.
