Might need to tweak description a bit, like “Images above 4000px in height or width (ex 5000x3000)”.

Yeah, I was thinking that too. “Where the height and/or width exceed 4,000 etc etc~”

is there a threshold for mega absurd res and the absurdest of res? should they imply ‘absurd res’ or simply be aliased?
 
on the technical side, is it possible to have tags implied by special syntax?  
basically, I’m wondering if it is at all possible to have ‘absurd res’ implied by “height.gt:4000 || width.gt:4000”, on account of 54K+ images exceeding 4000px in either dimension and NOT tagged ‘absurd res’

Hmm… I see the absurd res tag as a total resolution
 
So like… 10000 x 800 wouldn’t be enough… But 20000 x 1000 would

Well… nothing to do that automatically I believe without doing to the Devs [I think]  
But we do have some tools for adding tags en-mass. And I just lowered that image count down to an even 50,000~

I can’t decide if this is Suggestive or Questionable.

i’d say it still looks suggestive. I mean there doesn’t seem to be anything overly sexual happening here, just short shorts, small tank top & undies.

I intend to do a mass tag edit later this weekend to help resolve the problem with G1 Medley and G4 Spring Melody both using the medley tag. G1 Medley will move to medley (g1) for a bit until somebody with admin powers can fix the bad implications.

Hmm… only about 85ish or so images. I can do it in a couple of minutes.
 
What’s the thought? Leave “medly” and “Spring melody” implying eachother, and just leave the G1 with “medly (g1)” ? Or move “Medly” over to “Medly (g1)”?

Ok, I have seen a few pics of Scootaloo in tickle torture scenarios, like these ones:

And I’m wondering, should they really be tagged “scootabuse”? I thought abuse tags were for when characters where getting physically or verbally abused and hurt, not when they are being tickle tortured, because it don’t seem to fit.

I’d say it doesn’t automatically count, since tickle torture is inherently a fetish thing, but could legitimately be added if there’s an actual suffering or misery involved as opposed to a “everybody wants it all the time in the Pornoverse even if they say they don’t” sort of thing.

Weird how it only seems to be tickle torture pics of scootaloo that have a character abuse tag on them.

Also, sort of related (and maybe a bit NSFW), but should toe tied imply toes, bondage and foot fetish?

is the tag “sex on the beach (drink)” really necessary to exist? it only has 2 draws link to it and both could be tagged just as “alcohol” to avoid extra unnecessary tags, thoughts?

Bondage and Toes sure, though maybe not foot fetish since there’s about 40ish pics out of the 178 that don’t have a focus/strong focus on the feet.

I just think that since “toe tied” is used in a lot of foot fetish related pics, it would make sense to have it imply foot fetish.

Over in this thread, we’re currently talking about introducing a new “<category>:” tag prefix for askblogs, similar to “comic:” and “oc:”. So far we’ve got “ask:”, “tumblr:” or “blog:”, with “blog:” being in the lead right now. Please feel free to throw in your two cents over there, too.

Firstly, it’s Medley with an “e”, in the sense of a sequence of songs or musical compositions ☺
 
“Medley” is a G1 pony only to me: she’s Firefly’s best bud. The name was used for a G4 pegasus with a similar coat colour in the early days of the adult G4 fandom, who also came to be known as “Sprinkle Medley”. Her official name is the “Spring Melody” thing.

Sprinkle Medley was used for a toy and is just as official. ‘Spring Melody’ is new to me and no doubt to others too.

Hmm,, yeah our tags list Spring Melody as the one on the official merchandise. With Sprinkle Medley not saying anything about it. But that could just be a mistake by whoever entered the info.
 
So I think for now while we iron it out, I’mma remove Medley from the implications of Spring/Sprinkle and then we’ll figure out what to do with it. And just leave Spring/Sprinkle implying eachother till we see which one’s the official name.

Thanks for adding the “medley (g1)” tag for the obvious ones. Going through checking it now, removing “medley (g1)” from some and “medley” (G4) from others. My goal is making a checked split so you can do your thing.

G1 only, so dropped “medley”
 
Once I’m done, I’ll make sure there’s no stray S.M. tags on the G1 pony.

K.I might have tripped it up a bit. Had removed medley from any image with Sprinkle/Spring on it. So might wanna re-check some.  
Re-added it to the middle example there.
