Saw a joke like this with Luke and Professor Layton. Luke demands sex, Layton refuses because he’s not a pedo. Luke then puts on an act of talking with a cop about how Layton molested him and Layton is stuck in the position of not doing it and getting a fake accusation, or breaking the law to keep Luke quiet.

I think what I said came out the wrong way. Adults having sexual relations with children is definitely wrong, I’m not debating that.

Eevee takes it to an extreme, obviously, but he doesn’t need to. The CMC are clearly too young to be getting into serious relationships, and they got their cutie marks later than most.
I mean, obviously.
This joke wouldn’t make any sense otherwise.
 
I think that they would be old enough to get into a relationship with other fillies/colts their own age. It has been somewhere over a year in show canon so Apple Bloom would be eight years old by now. The CMC act much more mature for their age than a real life child would be. I’m not sure about Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon, though.

Apple Bloom was listed as being seven years old on her audition script. If we consider that we have never seen any ponies smaller than her in the show with cutie marks, the chances of your joke scenario happening would be unlikely.

Uh, did you you even read my joke scenario about the one month year old infant that is legal? Imagine that, but like a two year old who could say, “Wow, this feels good. I like it” and the courts taking that as consent because they are legal in Equestria. Parents could raise their kids as (Putting a spoiler here since this next part is a bit more than suggestive)cock sleeves that love dick. This would make it so the kids grow up not having their own wants and needs, but programmed as sex slaves. This already happens in real life in terms of non-sexual things, like religion and political opinions, but if doing it sexually was made legal it would be even worse than those religious parents programming their kids.

Yeah, the type of world where that is the only thing that makes you legal would be horrible. Civilized society could not function morally.
 
Why would that type of world be horrible? There are a ton of crappy moral values that exist in this world and I’m sure that applies to Equestria too.

Old school Diamond and Silver get all of my love. They probably have servants in their homes who do things for them but a servant can always quit. Most children don’t realize the power they had for blackmailing adults into doing whatever they say until they grow up, and then lose that ability.
