I can actually see her trying that, only to wonder why everyone is running around screaming.
Prejudices against changelings.
OT but if changelings can do things like this (turning into fearsome monsters), why did we never seen them doing it back in the old days under Queen Chrysalis? It might have helped in some of their fights.
Or is the idea that they can only do this when they’re not being starved, as Chryssy did with them?
I think your right.
The only other changeling who managed to do that is Pharynx.

I remember seeing this movie, mostly for the gorgeous bikini-clad babes in it (who all get et up, of course).
Ocellus looks more realistic than the winged piranha from the film. Who not only flew, they aimed unerringly for the throat and could survive on land and inside the body of a victim for most of a day.
@JP
As a matter of fact, it was during the final production of this film that Cameron caught illness and was bed-ridden with a severe fever for several days. During this time, he suffered a number of horrible nightmares…the most vivid of which involved a metal, red-eyed skeleton slowly emerging from a fire.
This image stuck with him so much, that he started to put pen to paper to develop it further. A few years later, he introduced the image of his nightmares to the world.
There’s no way such a cute creature could actually cause any terror.
Joking aside, it’s interesting that this movie was James Cameron’s first actual directing job. The next one he did was The Terminator, so that’s quite a jump.

She just wants to play with the humans.
I remember watching that movie when I was a child (1989/1991) as a kid it terrified
