honestly i’m expecting him to go out anyway. He talks a big game, but he does legitimatly care about Rainbow and the others. He will go out to help he just needs to talk himself into it, or be asked by Shy or Twi to go help.

Rainbow and Spike both have valid worries.
Rainbow sees a powerful warrior or asset that could be needed to save all of thier lives, and sees Spike as a Cowerd for doing nothing, and thinks he is looking down on her for “being a Killer.”
Spike is aware of the use he could be for the team, but also knows how easy it would be for him to cross the line and accidentally, or intentionally, hurt the people he wants to save and protect.
This is kinda like how people react and Treat the Hulk actually. Alot of people focus on “Giant Green Tank who can take out pretty much anything our enemies can throw at us..” Instead of the “Giant Green Tank who took out what our enemies could throw.. and just turned around.. FUK!”
Legitimately the only real people who can, probably, Calm Spike down from his rage, are the ones stuck in the ship.

This would be the perfect time for Rarity to finally speak, though I understand that would be sterotypical “Spike don’t worry about me, go help the others” or something similar.

Truth is, Spike you have a role, and if you refuse, Rarity’s efforts to get you would all be in vain, and honestly that would be more damning thant just doing nothing

Dash still doesn’t realize that that if Spike becomes Spikezilla like with the battle with Nihashi and crew, he’s as much of of a threat as Tri-Horn or the other antagonists…and that include the next one, Suri Polomare. As Spikezilla, his only directive is to maim and destroy until the perceived threat is eliminated. It’s a gargantuan effort Spike’s giving to stay with his beloved while staying Spike. I’m worried about him as much as Rarity and the crew; he’s a ticking time bomb with current events. Dash, be careful what you wish for…

Dash just doesn’t understand Spikes devotion to never leave his loved ones side. Also is it me or did her breasts get a little bigger?
