The joke is that “speed” is also the street name for several stimulants and it looks like Pinkie is taking the salad bar approach to them in this comic.
Well that I can understand. I recall seeing knock offs of Casablanca before.
Still don’t get how it relates to this page though. I’ve seen Speed and nothing about this page makes me think of it.
Much like Alien and Die Hard, Speed spawned its own entire (if short-lived, comparative to the two given examples) sub-genre of “That One Movie Everyone Loved, Except…” imitators and knock-offs.
I’m gonna need this explained to me like I’m 7 ’cause I do not get what meme reference is being made on this page or how it relates to the movie, Speed.
