You’re probably right. Maybe I’m just expecting bitterness from the show staff too often.
I don’t know if it’s a character limit but it doesn’t seem totally sarcastic to me.
Still sounds a little sarcastic, but I think it’s mixed with a little empathy. In any case, I think Swashbucklist is right about any possible “change” lasting only one episode. Par for the course.
He favorites that tweet as well as the next one. This guy appears to be an obnoxious Spike fan, can’t tell if Confalone is agreeing with him or what. Oh well, better questions have been asked by people less obsessed.
Nah, the writers handled themselves well. I think they know by now that some people just aren’t worth arguing with.

I’m guessing it was the umpteenth attempt by the Spike Justice Warriors to stir up drama over the writers daring to treat Spike as anything less than a god among ponies.
What does that have to do with Nick Confalone “redeeming Twilight”, though? “Party Pooped” didn’t address that issue at all.
You should know darn well Twilight was in the books when she was a student. It’s in the first bloody episode.

Meh, if even non-biased people are going to whine and complaining to the point of arguing about how bad Spike episodes are before they even air then I would rather have these “warriors” take control of the conversation and drive their point into people’s minds for as much and as long as it takes.

And I love how people are desperate for character development for Spike, but want Twilight’s character to regress to s1/s2 status.

Yeah, but outside her spazzing out I don’t find her very likeable.
I’m not talking about that instance but more her in general.
