No, it’s not just you. The humans are badly proportioned and I’m not a fan of a lot of the designs. Especially human Celestia and Luna.

EQG designs I actually like include:

Rarity’s Pony Up forms

Normal Norman  
Pixel Pizazz  
Indigo Zap

But most of them look way worse.

Yeah, human Celestia, Luna, and Cadence are awful. Applejack is really the only one who looks truly human. Sunset’s bacon hair is honestly overly showy. And Twilight is very cute in her glasses and ponytail, which is much better than the bun she originally had.

I think the reason EqG songs are more popular is simply because they’re better than the majority of FiM’s songs.

Also, Wallflower Blush has 97 more images than Kettle Corn in half the time. Take out screencap and foalcon and Wallflower has three times what Kettle Corn does, the 24th most recent image for Kettle Corn in this case was made over a month before Wallflower was even revealed, whereas Wallflower’s 24th most recent is only two days old. I wasn’t joking when I said Equestria Girls was an order of magnitude more popular, it might even continue into G5.

That really is the most realistic path; Thorax is a genuinely decent person, so he would feel sorry for his horrible asshole mother that she’s chosen to turn her back on the kind of wonderful life the Changedlings have now, instead of hating her for depriving them all of having that for so long.

I think Renzetti was more important to the quality of the show in it’s first season than Faust was  
He’s a bloody genius and grievously overlooked in the matter, but G4 As We Know It seriously would not exist without Faust’s worldbuilding and visual sense and characterization. It’s a testament to her abilities that her creation has gone on to even greater things without her, but it wouldn’t recognizably exist at all otherwise. I can’t track down any citation at the moment, but I swear I’ve seen something somewhere about her specifically asking for Renzetti to be part of the project.

You’re talking about the main antagonist in a quite-anticipated EQG short against a secondary character in one of 26 episodes in a season that received less attention than usual because of all the leaks. and besides, these secondary characters, as popular as they are, don’t usually get too many images these days. Zippoorwhill, for example, only has 280 images even after having appeared in two episodes, and Silver Shill only has 138.

Thorax can jump of a cliff for all I care he’s not a good strong leader he’s just some weak special snowflake reject changeling who got lucky he didn’t even stand up to chrysalis until he transformed and had back up I don’t even understand why the writers decide to make him and reform the changelings at all chrysalis was their ruler and mother she didn’t want her children to be weak and spineless peace lovers she wanted all of them to be a strong,powerful race that you wouldn’t want to meet in a dark alley so what if they were always hungry you don’t turn your back on family because there a easy way out you stand by each other throughout the hardship become strong from it not cave in when some random pony starts talking idealistic crap.
