in this site, it leaves you room for thinking about the future decisions that one should take. There is plenty of time to discuss without any stress and stop for a moment in the middle of a debate before giving another answer in public.
 
However, you cannot do this on Twitter. That site encourages rushed reactionary behaviors and you act according to the likes,followers and the constant feeling of being relevant again and again (as if you are doing something unique and revolutionary for the society).
 
On this forum for example,you share your own opinion, you discuss as much as you want about the topic in question and move on. On Twitter,you feel forced to do certain moves constantly because you have to keep an image in front of everyone.

I have to praise your move about ditching Twitter,not because one should agree on everything,far from it. It’s mostly because Twitter feels like a constant warzone that tires anyone and brings out the worst out of those users.
 
If you notice any mental changes after abandoning Twitter and you feel like sharing your impressions here, it will be really appreciated.

So after all that we’re back to square one right (with regards to the policy status quo)? I’m a bit lost because things moved so quickly.

After seeing that they have loli/shota I don’t think I’m gonna go over there… I’ll just stay here until either of us dies.

The poll doesn’t include “This will no longer be my ONLY booru for pone”  
Some artists will be here, others will be at Rainbooru (among other boorus).

Although I’d like to support the protests, I’m not going to nuke one of my most active social media accounts in order to do it. Plus I’m such a small-time user that I don’t think leaving the site is really going to do anything. Instead I’m simply going to remain on Derpibooru for now and cross-pollinate my content to support the alt sites. My edgier posts will become altbooru exclusives unless people ask me to post them elsewhere and similar such works exist on Derpi unmolested. Many of the opinions I’ve seen expressed by users on this site are encouraging and I hope this whole thing can be resolved in a satisfactory manner. However, I will use the altboorus to diversify my social media presence as insurance against future incidents.
 
I will retain a presence on this site because it’s still fun and there’s already a community here, but if it devolves into a hugbox I WILL leave.

I just want to enjoy art as an art fan, I will go wherever I can find art from my favorite artists

As long as there is a fight to fight, i definitely looking at other options and if Derpibooru makes up its mind to welcome censorship with the following vortex of continued stifling of creativity, i see no reason then to continue to participate in this place anymore.

IMO, there are plenty of people without filters that’ll be able to catch that content, just needs them actually reporting.

Ultimately staying regardless, but if we end this mess with censorship I’ll likely not be as interested in serving as an active contributor to the site’s busywork (uploads, tags, etc.) anymore.
 
That being said, listening to anti-Nazi hasn’t convinced me, but other people recognizing the flaw of “filters prevent people from seeing images/comments that deserve a report” convinced me well enough to be more open to report such content/comments in the future if they break the original rule 0 (again, assuming this whole debacle doesn’t just end in censorship).

I might as well stay. I’m just here for the forums and cute ponies.

I’m going to take a wait-and-see approach. Although I’ve lost confidence in the modding staff, Derpibooru still shows me most of what I want to see and remains one of the easier to use image hosting sites on the internet, so I’ll continue using it unless the experience becomes unbearable and/or unfun. Alternative ponyboorus will take a while to roll out and will initially lack features, content, and users, so Derpi will be my main for the time being. Long-term will depend on how the alternative sites do and how much things change on Derpi. I don’t really like Deviantart all that much, other ‘boorus’ don’t host any pony content that isn’t porn, and I’m not going to Furaffinity unless Tartarus freezes over.

I’m undecided but eager to see what comes of the alternative sites, especially Ponybooru. I’d like to stay, mainly because it’s the easy option and my base of fans is here, but I just have zero trust in the administration beyond those who have spoken their own minds about the whole situation and actually engaged with what people are saying instead of insulting us and running. The slow down thing was seriously a massive hit in my confidence for this site’s ongoing legitimacy, since that’s the kind of thing you expect to see from Youtube and that place acts like an online police state.

I’ll likely stay dependent on how things proceed in the future. I enjoy having all of my commissions under my character tag that I can pull up in a minute’s notice. Derpi provides another place to gather comments on said commissions as well as gathering references for said commissions. However, I’m firmly in the anti-censorship camp and while I haven’t said anything, anon or not, have been keeping up with the DNP posts. And while I’m saddened that a few of my favorite artists can’t delineate between actual banned content and simple posts that do not “promote” said content as well as suddenly forgetting that filters exist! I hope that the staff can undo the current SNAFU so a return to pony posting can happen.

Been thinking about it for a while now, I’m still between sticking around and taking a step back until things cool down here.  
The sites been helpful for references for my art and I have no plans on removing my art anyway (maybe my nsfw stuff because I’m not proud of it).  
I only upload art here and on DA, so the combined traffic from both sites is nice for me.  
I think I got caught up in everything, letting it get to me. I have noticed that Twitter has pretty much stopped ranting about it and moved on (from what I’ve seen anyway), while here people are still concerned.  
Also I forgot you could hide tags, feel so daft for forgetting that.
