Twilight Sparkle once made a bottle opener out of one of Spike’s baby teeth, but she hasn’t told him about it.
 
It’s a pretty good bottle opener.

Dragon teeth were used by ancient Equestrians to make steel with legendary strength. The practice has all but died out in modern Equestria. Forgotten, and the modern ponies aren’t exactly as powerful and daring as their ancestors to hunt dragons. Plus there is an increased awareness to the welfare of dragons, much like how animal rights activists try to demand the ethical treatment of animals.  
Though there are rumors that the practice of making dragon steel continues on on a obscure scale.

Cooked Alicorn tastes Wrong.
 
Not bad, not unspecific flavors, just cooking their meat yields something most creatures feel terrible for eating.
 
Raw Alicorn is delicious though.

Dragons obviously have to be descaled before eating them, and can really only be cooked with either magic or lava.
 
Oh, and the traditional use of the word “alicorn” comes from the French “à licorne,” literally meaning “from the unicorn.”
 
The modern interpretation came into popularity in the late 20th century.

Fruit bats are a excellent source of Vitamin C and anti-oxidants.

Changelings are like Soylent Cola.

Minotaurs taste like beef and testosterone.

Or maybe just their shell/exoskeleton. Either cut like a brick and a mostly niche food for ponies with strong jaws, or cut super thin and salted like chips.
