If any implication is deemed necessary, I’d go with what Mild said and have it be ‘Dexterous hooves’ implying ‘Hoof hold’.

If anything, it should be the opposite - dexterous hooves implying hoof hold - the latter is for any instance of ponies holding things with hooves, like:

At a quick glance, both seem to be the same idea - hooves holding things like hands or performing tasks like hands. I’m having a hard time coming up with examples of the latter that don’t involve holding something though. About the only examples out there are several pics of ponies typing on keyboards where they aren’t holding anything.
At the very least, about 95% of dexterous hooves pics need to have hoof hold applied (we can do this with mass tagging pretty quickly). But should dexterous hooves pics include examples of hoof hold? Should hoof hold imply dexterous hooves? What do you think?
