It’s unfortunate but that’s just how the ball rolls I suppose.
Oh well I guess there are other sites anyways and I’m not stressed about it either. I’m pretty sure one day even if it’s in 50 years, German and French laws will calm down and understand the difference between fiction and non fiction.

On a tangent, there’s a weird double standard with underwear. As a general rule (from my own observations) male underwear is G, female underwear is M, female underwear on an underage subject is RC. So if you did the same but with Kettle Corn and Thunderlane, that would likely be “unquestionably illegal”.

Let’s say there’s an anthro image of Tender Taps and Rainbow Dash in bed. And Tender Taps is licking her bellybutton. And they are both in their underwear. Is this something forbidden because according to rules it says humanlike foalcon is not allowed? Would this apply here or is this considered different enough?
