Plus dead bodies can still spread diseases (perhaps not as effectively, sure, but it’s possible) so you’re still risking the people who round them up, kill them, and dispose of the bodies.
 
Plus just because something can’t be cured today doesn’t mean we won’t eventually find cures. Polio used to be thought of as incurable, for example.
 
Also incurable doesn’t always mean untreatable.
 
Then there’s the slippery slope of where we draw the line, especially when we take mental illnesses into consideration. Or are you only considering this for communicable diseases?
 
The sick and suffering deserve compassion, not death.
