Someone posted the G5 Adventure Book scans on Tumblr.

I just saw on Tumblr the movie’s book scans… Sprout is seriously insane! He’s the movie’s villain.

Let’s see if I’m disciplined enough to wait for the movie instead of looking at that book…

Alright I saw the trailer and it was good, a pretty standard trailer. Animation is nice, backgrounds are gorgeous, voice acting is good, humor was good (I chuckled at the “this isn’t my kid” part) and the plot was eh, could be more original but it’s fine for what it is. Also, it looks like it barely pays lip service to G4, which is a good thing cause it has better chances of standing on its own rather than rely on FIM too much.

I thought Hitch was going to be cooler though. I hope he doesn’t become a lame male character.
 
Also we barely know anything about Pipp and Zipp. Pipp is girly. Zipp is cool and open minded. Still not too much.
 
We will have to wait further for more details with the movie. I am interested in how it will go.

I think that would’ve revealed too much, better to give them a standard look at how their character are before the development happens.

I find it hilarious that Sprout could have convinced everyone to call him “emperor” and build a war machine in just a few days.

I guess there isn’t really much more. Didn’t see anything I can complain about either.
 
In terms of bare bones story, I mean.

It’s a surprise to be sure, but a welcome one.

Next time she is posting again just remember  

Granted, it’s just the bare bones, but I think it’d better if the movie didn’t have an antagonist like “Road to Friendship”. Also, I guess that means there’s no new Elements of Harmony since the book didn’t mention anything about the Mane 5 activating them or something?
