The episode could’ve easily went from meh at best to one of the best of Season 8 if the ending was just a bit different.
 
Instead of having Twilight talk down to RD and AJ about working together, both of them should’ve worked together and told Twilight how stupid of an idea that award was. Bam, instant 10/10 episode.

This season doesn’t really impress me so far. I don’t want to say anything yet but so far it is a close call to S6.
 
Really. Because I think this season has been generally good. I haven’t seen one that I would classify as bad (yes, even the most recent one) yet, so I can’t quite sympathize, but I understand.
