I hope delta doesn’t just secretly love apogee for no other reason than mothers must always love their children. it’d be nice to see a departure from that once and a while.
 
delta doesn’t have to hate her, but there’s a lot of baggage there, and really it’s a valuable lesson to learn, when you don’t get someone’s love without earning it.
 
anyway if this was about delta’s ability to care for apogee it’d be a child services inspector, not jet’s lawyer, so this is totally not that.
