The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

@Shadow Star
Never played TF2, did ya?
This (or similiar) in-game notification appears when someone uses the item called “Something Special for Someone Special”. Basicly, someone buys this thing for $100 (70 pounds or 75 euros) and the item can be sent to a person of the player’s choosing. The recipient will then receive a notification alerting them of the proposal, allowing them to accept. If the proposal is accepted, a message will be broadcast to all servers and as an alert on the main menu, noting the player and recipient’s names as well as the name used on the ring.

Who the hell has in-game notifications enabled anyway?
Yet you hear that from someone who plays on DX8 and with Viewmodel FOV set to 90.
